What I like to treat best

I enjoy treating all ages of people, but particularly those who don't feel they are being heard and helped elsewhere, due to a lack of a holistic approach - which it is my aim to provide. Therefore I especially enjoy working with the active retired; who have aches and pains and believe it's their age and they "have to live with it" - when maybe they don't.

I think it was learning Reiki that first turned my attention to wanting to help people. In 2002 I decided a life change was required. I completed a BTEC Diploma in Sports & Remedial Massage therapy, then started my Osteopathy degree at The European School of Osteopathy in Kent. I graduated in 2007 with a 2.1, and started the Felixstowe Clinic of Osteopathy.

In 2018 wishing for an adventure, I passed my business in Felixstowe to a friend and headed west to Llangollen, in North Wales. Clinic days (and evenings) in Llangollen are currently Mondays and Wednesdays- though I take bookings any day.

Osteopaths are required to do CPD (continuous professional development) - a minimum of 30 hours of each year - I did 121 hours in 2019-20. I am currently undertaking a 2 year Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy course, in order to refresh and hone my cranial skills.

Current Study:
A two year update to my cranial osteopathy, a biodynamic cranial sacral therapy course.
Root Cause Therapy to help people unlock the subconscious mind where limiting beliefs and experiences, including past pain, are causing difficulties in the present such as anxiety.

Osteopathy is for all the family
