What I like to treat best

I enjoy treating all ages of people, but particularly those who don't feel they are being heard and helped elsewhere, due to a lack of a holistic approach - which it is my aim to provide. Therefore I especially enjoy working with the active retired; who have aches and pains and believe it's their age and they "have to live with it" - when maybe they don't.

I think it was learning Reiki that first turned my attention to wanting to help people. In 2002 I decided a life change was required. I completed a BTEC Diploma in Sports & Remedial Massage therapy, then started my Osteopathy degree at The European School of Osteopathy in Kent. I graduated in 2007 with a 2.1, and started the Felixstowe Clinic of Osteopathy.

In 2018 wishing for an adventure, I passed my business in Felixstowe to a friend and headed west. I'm now working in Llangollen, in North Wales & Oswestry, in Shropshire. Clinic days in Llangollen are currently Mondays, Wednesdays (occasional Saturdays) & Oswestry on Tuesday & Thursdays- though I take bookings any day.

Osteopaths are required to do CPD (continuous professional development) - a minimum of 30 hours of each year - I did 121 hours in 2019-20. I am currently undertaking a 2 year Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy course, in order to refresh and hone my cranial skills.

Osteopathy is for all the family
